• Game Balls provided for each game; 3 New Baseballs Per game; Umpires manage the flow
  
• Baseball Moms coach the teams during Pool Play and Bracket Play (NO CURRENT COACHES)

• Head Coach/Coaches can assist with warmups; But must exit the fields once the plate meeting starts
• Coach Pitch - Current coach can still pitch to the players

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

24 Sports requires teams to have appropriate insurance coverage.  Team insurance coverage must be obtained and provided prior to the first game played. It is the responsibility of the team to secure the necessary insurance coverage that meets the required standards.  We have partnered with Key Sports Insurance to provide coverage for our teams. Click here for more information on how to request insurance or request an Additional Insured certificate.

Payment Policy

The registration fee must be paid to fully secure your spot.  However, you can register and choose the pay later option at checkout.  Payment is due Monday, week of the tournament.  

In the event that payment has not been received 5 days prior to the tournament date, our team will make every effort to contact you to confirm your participation. However, if we are unable to reach you and receive confirmation, your team may be placed on a waitlist until we can secure your spot. We kindly request your understanding that tournaments can sell out quickly, and securing your spot in advance is essential.
