High Level Itinerary 

• November 13: Batting Practice Event at USS Lexington; This is where the Pros and Special Guests take BP; Will go from 11:00am-12:00pm; We'll provide information on how to secure your spot at this event!

• November 13: MLB Skills Camp & Live Q&A With Jose Trevino - Whataburger Field
• November 14: Pool Play Begins - Each team will play one Pool Game - Expected to start at 8:00am
• November 14: Opening Ceremonies will begin at 6:00pm - Pin Trading; Baseball Card Trading and Surprise Activities - All Happening at Whataburger Field! 
• November 15: Pool Play Continues; The start of bracket play will begin Saturday evening
• November 16: Bracket continues; Championship games
• **** There will be a check-in for kids to receive their SWAG bags and Athlete lanyards; We'll announce details on this soon!  This will likely happen on November 13 &14th at Whataburger Field

Tournament Structure

• 2 Pool Games |  Following Pool, the Tournament transitions into Bracket Play
• Game Balls are Provided - Umpires will manage
• Umpire Fees are included in tournament registration

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

24 Sports requires teams to have appropriate insurance coverage.  Team insurance coverage must be obtained and provided prior to the first game played. It is the responsibility of the team to secure the necessary insurance coverage that meets the required standards.   For insurance needs, please send an email to info@play24sports.com.

Payment Policy

The registration fee must be paid to fully secure your spot.  However, you can register and choose the pay later option at checkout.  Payment is due Monday, week of the tournament.  

In the event that payment has not been received 5 days prior to the tournament date, our team will make every effort to contact you to confirm your participation. However, if we are unable to reach you and receive confirmation, your team may be placed on a waitlist until we can secure your spot. We kindly request your understanding that tournaments can sell out quickly, and securing your spot in advance is essential.
