So far, this is what the field locations are looking like for each age group and division.  I want to try to accommodate as many of you as I can.  Registration will remain open for another week or so.  See below.  Shoot me an email if you're needing any special accommodations or schedule requests for Pool Play.  

Awards: This is a specialty tournament, so along with Championship/Finalists rings and Banners - 

Winning Teams receive the following 

• $250 Limited Edition Bomb Pop Game Bat (Each player on the winning teams receives a bat) 
• $200 Limited Edition Bomb Pop Fungo (Goes to winning head coach)
• $300 P51 Mustang MVP Bat (Goes to each MVP winner) - MVP Winners are chosen by the Championship game umpires

• There is another field available here that may be able to accommodate a set of 9's, 10's or 11's.  Keeping this one on hold just in case.  

This is NOT a Woodbat tournament - it's a traditional tournament!  

Player Gate: $30 per player - Due at Check-In 

• This covers the player's family, friends and any other spectators

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

24 Sports requires teams to have appropriate insurance coverage.  Team insurance coverage must be obtained and provided prior to the first game played. It is the responsibility of the team to secure the necessary insurance coverage that meets the required standards.  We have partnered with Key Sports Insurance to provide coverage for our teams. Click here for more information on how to request insurance or request an Additional Insured certificate.

Payment Policy

The gate fee must be paid at the time of registration to secure your spot. Please note that your team will not be considered confirmed until the gate fee is received. Full payment for the tournament must be completed no later than 7 days prior to the tournament date. 

In the event that the gate fee is received, but full payment has not been received within 7 days prior to the tournament date, our team will make every effort to contact you to confirm your participation.  However, if we are unable to reach you and receive confirmation, your team may be placed on a waitlist until we can secure your spot. If we have received your registration for the tournament but have not received any payment within 7 days prior to the tournament date, your team will be automatically placed on the waitlist.   We kindly request your understanding that tournaments can sell out quickly, and securing your spot in advance is essential.
