Baseballism is providing each player with a World Series goody bag!!

Pin Trading

It looks like at least half of the teams playing are doing pin trading.  We will open it up on Friday through the entire weekend. 

Team Home Run Derby  - 7/8U, 9/10U, 11/12U, 13/14U

Participating in the Baseballism Home Run Derby is optional.  Registration for the HR Derby opens up Monday, June 20th.  The registration link will be sent out and provided on the World Series tournament page.  $20 Entry per team. 

Format: 

• Each Team must have up to 3 participants 
• Each participant/team must have their own pitcher and baseballs (We'll have staff to shag and return baseballs)
• Each participant gets 6 outs
  • Anything not hit over the fence equates to an out
  • Any pitched ball not swung at is an out
• Winners receive Baseballism HR Derby Banners and Baseballism Caps!
• Player with the most Home Runs amongst the entire competition receives a Baseballism Home Run Derby Champion Bat!

Around The Horn Team Contest -  9/10U, 11/12U, 13/14U 

Participating in the Baseballism Around The Horn Team Contest is optional.  Registration opens up Monday, June 20th.  The registration link will be sent out and provided on the World Series tournament page.  $20 Entry per team. 

Format: 

• 6 Players Per Team
• Pitcher Starts at the Pitching position  (Clock starts once the ball is released) 
  • Pitchers Throws to the catcher
  • Catcher steps on home plate then throws to second
  • Second baseman steps on the base and throws to first
  • 1st baseman steps on the base and throws to third
  • Third baseman steps on the base and throws to short stop
  • Short stop throws to the catcher
  • When the catcher receives the ball and steps on home plate the clock will stop
• A total of two attempts per team

Payment Policy

The event registration fee must be paid to confirm your team's spot in the tournament. Teams that choose to pay later may be moved to the waitlist if other teams register and pay before them, regardless of when they register.  

Game Time Limits

7U-8U - 1:15hr

9U-13U - 1:30hr

14U: 1:30hr

Baseballs

24 Sports provides game balls for each event.  Umpires will manage.  

Metal Cleats
We do not allow metal cleats on any turf fields or portable mounds. No Seeds or shelled nuts are allowed at any of the facilities.

Refunds

All refund requests must begin with the Refund Form being filled out by the customer.  The form can be found here: Refund Request Form  

Refund Policy

Teams withdrawing from an event 7 days prior to the start date of an event will receive a 100% credit.
Teams withdrawing 6 or less days prior to an event for any reason will receive a 50% credit.
Paid teams in divisions that do not make will receive a 100% credit.
If an event is cancelled due to weather, teams will be eligible for the following credit.
