                                                                       General Information

4GG Games seeded into a Double-Elimination Bracket Tournament Director reserves the right to change the format if necessaryUSA Softball Rules govern all games.PAP – $50

Team Trophies, Custom Champions Rings and Team Banner for first place and Individual Custom Runner-UpRings and Team Banner for finalist. Tournament with 16 Teams in the Diamond & Gold Divisions will receive a $400 & $200 

The Official Ball will be provided 

If ejected, the coach, & player/spectator must sit out the next game. (Subject to change by the tournament director)                                              

                                                                        Pool Games

2 Pool Games into Double Elimination

Games will be 70 minutes, finish the batter, if score is within reach.

Pool games can end in a tie. 

Coin flip will determine home team.

Maximum of 6 runs per half inning.

                                                                    Bracket Games

Teams will be seeded into a single elimination bracket or random draw (not seeded) based upon pool play win/loss record.

If two or more teams have the same win/loss record seeding will be determined by:1. 

Head to head results in pool play (Except when 3 or more teams are tied) Then we move to the2nd tie-breaker)

2. Fewest runs allowed in pool play.

3. Most runs scored in pool play.

Games will be limit of 75 minutes, finish the inning. 

Bracket games cannot end in a tie.

Highest seeded team will have the option of choosing home or visitors. ***The team coming from the winners bracket will have the option of choosing home/visitors during the championship game. 

aximum of 6 runs per half inning.

If game is tied after time has expired teams will continue to play using the USA Softball Tie-Breaker

                                                              Rules & Regulations 

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY – 

LP3 Sports does not tolerate unprofessional or un sportsman like conduct by coaches, players or parents. The umpires have complete and final authority on the field and may remove anyone – coach, player or parent – who acts in an unprofessional o run sportsmanlike manner toward another coach, player, parent or umpire. The manager is responsible for the behavior of his team’s coaches, players and parents of players. 

Any coach who is removed from a game will be suspended a minimum of 1 complete game. Any team who has someone (player, parent, and/or fan) from their side removed from the game may be subject to disciplinary action.

Rain out policy

No games played 100% refund

1 game played 75% refund

2 games played 50% refund

2 GAMES PLAYED NO REFUND

2 games played no refund. awards will be given based off pool results

If all teams play their 2 pool games no refund. Awards will be given based on Pool results

Our LP3 Sports Photographers provide athletes with the opportunity to be Mic'd up during one of our games.

LP3 Sports Top 10 Plays

At the conclusion of each tournament, our staff assembles a Top 10 plays video to highlight all the top performers. (Parent submissions are welcomed!)
