Payment Policy:
The event registration fee must be paid to confirm your team's spot in the tournament.

$0 Team gate fee
$10 Daily gate fee (all registered players & up to 3 coaches free)
Pay at the Plate:
Prior to game at plate meeting, team admin or coaches required to pay umpires
9 & 10u $40 per game
11 & 12u $45 per game
13 & 14u $55 per game
Game Time Limits:
9 & 10u: 1 hour 20 minute pool play games & 1 hour 30 minute bracket games (finish the inning, no drop dead)
11 & 12u: 1 hour 30 minute pool play games & 1 hour 30 minute bracket games (finish the inning, no drop dead)
13 & 14u: 1 hour 35 minute pool play games & 1 hour 45 minute bracket games (finish the inning, no drop dead)
Baseballs:
Teams will provide 2 baseballs at the start of each game and throw in if umpire needs additional, teams will receive baseballs back at the end of the game. Please mark your baseballs so umpires know who to disperse back to.
Cleats/Footwear:
Metal Cleats We do not allow metal cleats on any turf fields or portable mounds. No Seeds or shelled nuts are allowed at any of the facilities with turf fields.
Refund Policy:
Teams withdrawing from an event 7 days prior to the start date of an event will receive a 100% credit. Teams withdrawing 6 or less days prior to an event for any reason will receive a 50% credit. Paid teams in divisions that do not make will receive a 100% credit. If an event is cancelled due to weather, teams will be eligible for the following credit.-0- games started 100% credit-1- game started 50% credit-2- games started 0% credit
