WE ARE ONLY TAKING ENOUGH TEAMS TO FILL THE PARK.  ONCE IT IS FULL - IT WILL BE CLOSED.  NO OFFSITE GAMES.  

May 15th: 

• Resort Opens at 4:00pm *No Facility Admission Fee on Fridays
• Live Music: 5:30pm-9:30pm
• Pool Games - If Applicable: 6:45pm-8:25pm
• Home Run Derby: 8:30pm (If Friday evening baseball games apply) OR 7:15pm (If no baseball games apply).  All players are welcome to participate - no pre-registration required!  Just show up at the fields with a coach or parent who can pitch to you.  Winners of each age group will receive a custom wooden Diamond Oaks Ranch Bat.

Onsite Lodging

All onsite lodging accommodations are a 2-Night Min on a 3 Day Tournament, 3-Night Min on a 4-Day Tournament and 3 Night Min on a 5-Day Tournament.  **Daily Admissions Fee is included with the onsite lodging booking.

• No outside grills are allowed on the property
• One team cooler permitted for the dugouts

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

24 Sports requires teams to have appropriate insurance coverage.  Team insurance coverage must be obtained and provided prior to the first game played. It is the responsibility of the team to secure the necessary insurance coverage that meets the required standards.   For insurance needs, please send an email to info@play24sports.com.

Payment Policy

The registration fee must be paid to fully secure your spot.  However, you can register and choose the pay later option at checkout.  Payment is due Monday, week of the tournament.  

In the event that payment has not been received 5 days prior to the tournament date, our team will make every effort to contact you to confirm your participation. However, if we are unable to reach you and receive confirmation, your team may be placed on a waitlist until we can secure your spot. We kindly request your understanding that tournaments can sell out quickly, and securing your spot in advance is essential.
