Excited to announce the first ever Secret Santa Classic!  For this tournament, teams will bring 1 unopened gift per player, and players will exchange with other teams at random! This is to promote giving back and the spirit for the Holidays!  Gift exchange will take place during pool play.  No minimum dollar amount required, but please be creative!  

• We'll assign gift exchanges ahead of time once the schedule is posted
• Gift exchanges will take place during pool play
• Kids will be free to trade gifts throughout the day during pool play! 
• If teams have more players than with the team they are trading with, we'll have our umpires engage with the gift exchange as well!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

24 Sports requires teams to have appropriate insurance coverage.  Team insurance coverage must be obtained and provided prior to the first game played. It is the responsibility of the team to secure the necessary insurance coverage that meets the required standards.  We have partnered with Key Sports Insurance to provide coverage for our teams. Click here for more information on how to request insurance or request an Additional Insured certificate.

Payment Policy

The gate fee must be paid at the time of registration to secure your spot. Please note that your team will not be considered confirmed until the gate fee is received. Full payment for the tournament must be completed no later than 7 days prior to the tournament date. 

In the event that the gate fee is received, but full payment has not been received within 7 days prior to the tournament date, our team will make every effort to contact you to confirm your participation.  However, if we are unable to reach you and receive confirmation, your team may be placed on a waitlist until we can secure your spot. If we have received your registration for the tournament but have not received any payment within 7 days prior to the tournament date, your team will be automatically placed on the waitlist.   We kindly request your understanding that tournaments can sell out quickly, and securing your spot in advance is essential.
