Welcome to Taylor Hearn's 3rd annual Sandlot Classic!!!  This tournament is expected to be jam packed with competition, autographs, special guests and TONS MORE!!  This time, we're adding Softball to the mix and oh do we have some surprises for our Softball girls too!!  For baseball divisions, we may split the competition based on levels (AA or OPEN - AAA/Majors)  All depends the level of teams in each division.  Softball Divisions are all OPEN divisions.  

Baseball

• 2 Pool Games Saturday
• Single Elimination Sunday

Softball - 2 Day tournament

• 2 Pool Saturday
• Double Elimination Sunday
• NO PAY AT THE PLATE
• NO DAILY GATE

Player Gate: $40 per rostered player - Due by November 10th

• This covers each player's family, friends and any other spectators with the team
• Rostered players will be prioritized for autographs over adults

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

24 Sports requires teams to have appropriate insurance coverage.  Team insurance coverage must be obtained and provided prior to the first game played. It is the responsibility of the team to secure the necessary insurance coverage that meets the required standards.  We have partnered with Key Sports Insurance to provide coverage for our teams. Click here for more information on how to request insurance or request an Additional Insured certificate.

Payment Policy

The gate fee must be paid at the time of registration to secure your spot. Please note that your team will not be considered confirmed until the gate fee is received. Full payment for the tournament must be completed no later than 7 days prior to the tournament date. 

In the event that the gate fee is received, but full payment has not been received within 7 days prior to the tournament date, our team will make every effort to contact you to confirm your participation.  However, if we are unable to reach you and receive confirmation, your team may be placed on a waitlist until we can secure your spot. If we have received your registration for the tournament but have not received any payment within 7 days prior to the tournament date, your team will be automatically placed on the waitlist.   We kindly request your understanding that tournaments can sell out quickly, and securing your spot in advance is essential.
