We're excited to bring back Trevi's World Series!  This event is going to be filed with SURPRISES!!  Over the course of the next few weeks, we'll begin rolling out details and announcements regarding the event.  Below is some information to start with.  Next update rolls out 08/02/25.

High Level Itinerary (Details coming soon)

• November 13: Batting Practice Event at USS Lexington; This is where the Pros and Special Guests take BP; Will go from 11:00am-12:00pm; We'll provide information on how to secure your spot at this event!

• November 13: We are planning a surprise event on the evening of November 13: To be announced soon! - This is an optional event!
• November 14: Pool Play Begins - Each team will play one Pool Game - Expected to start at 8:00am
• November 14: Opening Ceremonies will begin at 6:00pm - Pin Trading; Special Activities; Surprises (TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON!!)  - All Happening at Whataburger Field! 
• November 15: Pool Play Continues; The start of bracket play will begin Saturday evening
• November 16: Bracket continues; Championship games
• **** There will be a check-in for kids to receive their SWAG bags and Athlete lanyards; We'll announce details on this soon!  This will likely happen on November 14.  

My Team Has Qualified - What next? 

For teams that have secured a spot, you must pay a $100 deposit to accept and lock in your spot.  Your deposit will go toward your tournament fee, and is non-refundable in the event you need to drop from the tournament.  If we do not receive a deposit, we'll have to release your spot.  For any questions, reach out to info@play24sports.com

When is the World Series tournament fee due?

• $100 Deposit - Due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice
• Tournament Fee - Due by September 12th

My Team Has NOT Qualified, but we'd like to have a spot in the World Series! 

Once we solidify all of the teams that have accepted or declined their qualified spots, we're going to quickly review our capacity in each division.  We'd like to give priority to the teams that have earned points throughout the Spring 25 season.  For open spots, we'd likely host another big qualifier for the divisions that have open spots remaining, which will be in Corpus Christi as well as the Dallas area.  Teams that have already earned points will have priority with registering.  We'll announce here shortly!  For any questions, reach out to info@play24sports.com

Tournament Structure

• 2 Pool Games |  Following Pool, the Tournament transitions into Bracket Play
• Game Balls are Provided - Umpires will manage
• Umpire Fees are included in tournament registration

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

24 Sports requires teams to have appropriate insurance coverage.  Team insurance coverage must be obtained and provided prior to the first game played. It is the responsibility of the team to secure the necessary insurance coverage that meets the required standards.   For insurance needs, please send an email to info@play24sports.com.

Payment Policy

The registration fee must be paid to fully secure your spot.  However, you can register and choose the pay later option at checkout.  Payment is due Monday, week of the tournament.  

In the event that payment has not been received 5 days prior to the tournament date, our team will make every effort to contact you to confirm your participation. However, if we are unable to reach you and receive confirmation, your team may be placed on a waitlist until we can secure your spot. We kindly request your understanding that tournaments can sell out quickly, and securing your spot in advance is essential.
