Cut-Off Date: Friday, November 22, 2024 but rooms can certainly fill up well before then! 

Here is what we know as of today 

• Each rostered player will receive two custom World Series jerseys and World Series package!!
• December 12th - BP for the Pros at the USS Lexington
• December 13th - Opening Ceremonies at Whataburger Field - Celebrity games; Autographs; Pin Trading; Huge surprises and more being announced soon!  (Estimated start time will be around 6:00pm) - Teams will play one opening ceremonial pool game between 8am-1:30pm - Baseball & Softball
• December 14th - Pool Play for Baseball  continues; Softball Pool continues then into single elimination bracket
• December 15th - Bracket Play for Baseball - Single Elimination

Player Gate: $60 per rostered player - Due by November 15th

• This covers each player's family, friends and any other spectators with the team
• Player Gate will be invoiced once rosters have been finalized
• Rostered players will be prioritized for autographs over adults
• We will not be charging daily gates fees

24 Sports requires teams to have appropriate insurance coverage.  Team insurance coverage must be obtained and provided prior to the first game played. SUNFLOWER SEEDS AND/OR SHELLED NUTS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT ANY 24 SPORTS LOCATION

Daily Gate Fee:  There will NOT be any daily gate fees charged at this tournament for players and their parents/coaches.  Wristbands will be provided to teams for weekend access.  Registration and Team Gate covers all costs - Facilities, Umpires etc.
